1. The unit using the drying drum must register with the local market supervision department and get the certificate of use before using it.

2. Installation and maintenance units shall have corresponding installation and maintenance qualifications.

3. Operators need to obtain special equipment operation certificate.

4. When the pressure source used in the drying drum is higher than the design pressure and design temperature, the pressure reducing and temperature reducing device must be installed on the pipe leading to the container.

5, on the low pressure side of the pressure reducing valve must be installed in accordance with the following requirements of the safety valve, pressure gauge:

(1) The setting pressure of the safety valve does not exceed the design pressure of the container. The safety valve must be verified by the calibration unit and be qualified within the validity period.

The dial scale value of the pressure gauge shall not exceed 1.5-3.0 times the working pressure of the vessel, and the dial diameter shall not be less than 100mm. The pressure gauge must be approved by the metering department and within the validity period.

6. When using the process, the pressure must be increased and lowered slowly, and the temperature and pressure must not be exceeded.

7. During the use of the drying drum, the drain should be drained normally, and pay attention to whether the drain is sensitive or not, otherwise it should be replaced in time.

8. If the drying drum cannot be drained normally during use, check whether the drain trap and siphon are damaged and replace them in time. Avoid the friction between the siphon and the head, and accelerate the local thinning of the head, leading to safety risks.

9. Check the drying drum regularly.

10. Drying drum shall not be impacted by external forces during use. When the following conditions are found, it should be stopped immediately. Such as: overpressure, overtemperature, deformation, abnormal sound, leakage, corrosion, wear, material deterioration and other abnormal phenomena.

11. The equipment shall not be repaired or reformed without permission.
