The equipment has explosion risk, must read this note before use, otherwise can not be put into use, the consequences caused by this.

1. Container users must register with the local market supervision department and get the use certificate before use.

2. Installation and maintenance units shall have corresponding installation and maintenance qualifications.

3. Operators need to obtain special equipment operation certificate.

4. When the pressure source used by the container is higher than the design pressure and design temperature, the pressure reducing and temperature reducing device must be installed on the pipe leading to the container.

5, on the low pressure side of the pressure reducing valve must be installed in accordance with the following requirements of the safety valve, pressure gauge:

(1) The setting pressure of the safety valve does not exceed the design pressure of the container. The safety valve must be verified by the calibration unit and be qualified within the validity period.

The dial scale value of the pressure gauge shall not exceed 1.5-3.0 times the working pressure of the vessel, and the dial diameter shall not be less than 100mm. The pressure gauge must be approved by the metering department and within the validity period.

6. When using the process, the pressure must be increased and lowered slowly, and the temperature and pressure must not be exceeded.

7. Regular inspection is required for the use of containers.

8. When the following situations are found during the use of the container, stop using it immediately. Such as: overpressure, overtemperature, deformation, abnormal sound, leakage, and other abnormal phenomena.

9. The equipment shall not be repaired or reformed without permission.
